These delicious crab cakes are a favorite for the seafood lovers in our family ! I have enjoyed making and eating them for many years !!!

Ingredients

1 lb
jumbo lump crabmeat
3/4 c
italian seasoned breadcrumbs (or plain if you prefer
1/4--1/2 c
miracle whip salad dressing (or regular mayo if you prefer )
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
dry mustard ( or dijon )
1/4 c
chopped onions
1 tsp
baking power (if baking in oven)

eggs
1 tsp
worchestershire sauce
dash(es)
cooking oil spray

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients except the crab in a bowl.

Add crabmeat and mix gently but thoroughly.

Shape into 6 cakes.

Place the cakes on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Spray with a small amount of cooking oil.

Bake at 375' for 30 minutes.

The crabcakes can be fried if you prefer.
