Stir together 2 flavor packets from soup mixes, 4 cups water, 2 chopped green onion, and 3 TBS chopped fresh cilantro in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; add noodles from soup packs and 1 cup of snow peas. Cook 1 minute, stir in cooked chicken. Let sit for 2 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl, and top with napa cabbage.
Add 2 TBS of chopped pecans or nut of your choice.
