Pre-heat oven to 350.Brown hamburger meat and drain.
Add tomato sauce, can of water and seasonings. Bring to a boil and then allow to simmer.
Cook Egg noodles and drain ( DO NOT overcook)
Mix sour cream and softened cream cheese together and set aside.
In a 13x9 Pyrex dish, spoon a little tomato sauce juice in the bottom. Start with a layer of egg noodles, then sour cream mixture and them Tomato Hamburger sauce. Repeat,ending with Hamburger sauce on top. Bake 30 minutes and then top with a cup of cheddar cheese. Allow cheese to melt and serve.
