Fried Cabbage, Bacon, and Onions

- 1 to 2 medium
- heads of cabbage
- 1 lb
- bacon diced
- 1 large
- onion diced
1Fry bacon and onion in a very large skillet and do not drain off the fat.
2dice up cabbage and add to bacon and onions and the fat keep covered stirring occasionally to keep from burning over medium heat.
3cook until cabbage is tender. ready to sever.
