In a very large bowl, mix your meats first, then add your cheese and all the rest of your ingredients, seems too dry add a little water. To moist add a little more bread crumbs. add your stuffing to the mixture last and mix well.
You want to add 1/8 cup ketchup and the same amount of spicy brown mustard. To the mix. mixing well after each addition. This will make two good size meatloaves. I usually take half the mixture for meat loaf and half for my meat balls.
In a large baking pan place your meat mixture and form into two large loafs or one if you took half for the meat balls. baste the loaf with the above sauce. (Do not use in the meat if your are using for meatballs) Bake for 1 hr and 20 mins till loaf is cooked all the way through. Serve with gravy and mash potatoes.
