Ingredients

3 lb
hamburger ( saute' and drain )
10 can(s)
stewed tomatoes ( put in blender and puree )
2 large
onions ( chopped and sauteed )
2 pkg
williams chili mix ( original )
1/2 to 1 pkg
williams chili mix ( tex- mex style )
1 tsp
onion powder
4
beef boullion cubes
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
1/2 tsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
olive oil

Step-By-Step

1Sauté onions in olive oil. When cooked and tender , put in blender and puree .
2Puree tomatoes...Put in large cooking pot...add chili seasonings ,garlic powder and onions . Simmer on low.
3Crumble and brown hamburger meat. Add a small amount of salt to meat while browning...Drain and add to tomato mixture .
4Add beef bouillon cubes , sugar, and salt and pepper to taste .
5Simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes...Stir often .
