Diana's Venison Smothered Steaks

- deer steaks
- 1/4 lb
- onion diced
- 2 clove
- garlic diced
- flour, salt and pepper
- 1 can(s)
- cream of muchroom soup
- 1/2 can(s)
- milk (above soup can)
1fry bacon then crumble and set a side.
In bacon grease saute onions and garlic and remove to the bacon.
Mix together the flour salt and pepper together and coat the steaks and brown in the bacon grease.
2put the browned steaks in a casserole dish and set aside.
Put the bacon, onion and garlic back in the pan and add the cream of mushroom soup and milk making sure to get the brumbs from the bottom. then pour it all over the steaks in the casserole dish and cover. put in the oven at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. the mushroom soup will darken to a rich brown.
3Serve The steaks and gravy with mash potatoes and a veggie
