- thin slices of sweet ham
- thin slices of roasted pork
- slices of swiss cheese
- slices of pickles, dill
- of french bread or 1/3 of cuban bread
1Cut bread in half just so its still connected on one side. spread mustard on one side.
2Add ham, pork, cheese and pickle slices, close sandwich. Brush softened butter on both sides of sandwich.
3Place sandwich in a sandwich press or an iron skillet with a smaller one to put on top. Cook till cheese is melted and bread is hard to the touch. If using skillet method, flip sandwich so both sides are equally cooked.
