My husband's sister gave us this recipe. She enjoyed cooking and was always looking for simple and easy dishes that didn't compromise on flavor. This one certainly fits that criteria. Fast, easy, and flavorful!!!

Ingredients For crockpot jambalya

  • 2 lbs
    raw shrimp or smoked sausage cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 can
    french onion soup (campbells)
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter (cut into small squares)
  • 3 c
    raw rice
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 1 can
    rotel tomatoes (original, mild or spicy)
  • 1/8 c
    parsley flakes

How To Make crockpot jambalya

    Place all of the above ingredients in crockpot and mix well.

    Place lid on crockpot and cook on high setting for approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
