This recipe came about as an easy dinner for me to throw together when I am home on my lunch break. It has quickly become one of our favorite dinners.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

What a terrific special occasion dinner! This recipe makes the Cornish hens tender. We liked the savory spices, but adjust the garlic and rosemary to your liking. Since these Cornish hens are made in the Crock Pot it's an easy, can't-miss meal.
