This is one of those recipes that you can truly make your own by changing the filling ingredients. There are so many combinations to use!

prebaked pie crust (you can make your own or buy one to bake)
3 medium
1 c
cream or milk
1/3 c
parmesan cheese
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded (or jack cheese)
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1/2 tsp
2 to 3 c
combination vegetable and meat filling (see below)

Directions Step-By-Step

Bake pie crust about 7 to 9 minutes, not brown, and set aside. Whisk eggs and milk. Add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and mix in. At this point you can add any fillings of your choice to the pie crust. Sprinkle on shredded cheese. Pour egg mixture over last. Bake 375 for about 20 to 25 minutes or until eggs are set. If crust edge is getting too brown just cover edge with foil wrap or pie shield.
NOTE: For fillings you can use chopped cooked mixed veggies, thawed frozen chopped spinach,etc. We like onions and bell pepper which can be sauted before adding in fillings. You can use cooked chopped ham, sausage, bacon, etc. If you like you can mix veggies and meats for the filling. It's all your choice.
