My cousins and I made corn dogs Saturday for about 30 people,we had an assembly line to make them quick and easy. Two people dried the wieners and put them on the sicks,I made the batter and dip them and another person fried them,we had two pots going at one time. they were tasty! Everyone had their fill, we made about 70 corn dogs!

Ingredients For corn dogs

3 c pancake mix

3 tablespoons cornmeal

1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 t chili powder

3/4 c water
How To Make corn dogs

1Heat oil in deep fryer or a deep pan. Dry wieners(batter will stick better) Insert popsicle sticks into wieners. Mix dry ingredients together add water and mix well. Dip wieners in batter to coat completely (I found pouring the batter into a 2 c Pyrex liquid measuring cu works well.) Remove excess batter,fry in hot oil until crisp ad golden brown. Serve hot.
