Ingredients For chili (freezer meal)

1 lbground beef

1yellow onion, chopped

1 Tbspgarlic salt

1 Tbspbrown sugar, lightly packed

2 can(14 oz each) diced tomatoes, not drained

1 can(15 oz) tomato sauce

1 Tbspchili powder
-
1 tspground cumin
-
1/4 tspcrushed red papper

1 can(15 oz) pinto beans, drained

1 can(15 oz) red kidney beans, drained
How To Make chili (freezer meal)

1In a large saucepan, brown beef and onion and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer on low 15 minutes.

2Cool completely in refrigerator . Place in freezer bags and label. Freeze up to 3 months.

3To serve, allow to thaw at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

4Place chili in saucepan with 1/4 cup water and cook on medium until heated through, stirring occasionally.
