Chile Rellenos Sandwiches

- 4 oz can chopped green chilies, drained
- slices bread, your choice of bread
- slices monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup
- butter and salsa
1Mash chilies with fork, spread on three slices of bread.
2Top with cheese and slice of bread. In shallow bowl, beat egg and milk.
3Dip the sandwiches, fry in butter or oil in large skillet till golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve with salsa.
