Ingredients For cheesy hotdog casserole

    hot dogs, sliced
  • 2 can
    cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can
    whole kernal golden sweet corn, drained
  • TOPPING
  • 1 1/2 c
    water
  • 3 Tbsp
    margerine or butter
  • 2 c
    mashed potato flakes
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • paprika

How To Make cheesy hotdog casserole

    Heat oven to 350.
  • 2
    In a large bowl, combine hot dogs, soup and corn. Mix well. Spoon into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, set aside.

    In medium saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in flaks and milk, add egg and blend well.

    Spoon spread over hot dog mixture. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until heated through.

    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika and bake for an additional 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
