1Have your macaroni cooked before hand or start the water boiling now and cook it according to the package directions. Have your 4 cans of vegetarian vegetable soup open and ready to pour on the cooked meat.
2In a Large frying pan add ground chuck, onions and salt n pepper on med high temp. Cook until meat is no longer pink and onions are translucent. Drain if there is any excess fat. Return pan to heat.
3Add the 4 cans of soup to the meat in the frying pan. Add one can of water using the soup can. Drop the temp down to med-low and simmer for about 10-15 min. I usually have it ready when the Macaroni is done.
4Pour the cooked macaroni in a giant casserole dish and then pour the meat mixture of it and let it sit for 5 min to let the macaroni absorb the juices. Or you can add the macaroni to individual bowls and spoon the ghoulash over the noodles and serve.
