Cathys Rice a Roni and Chicken Casserole

Needed something quick to make and put this together fast.

Note: You may need to add a bit more water about an hour into cooking you'll have to have a look and see how its going.

herb butter rice a roni
1 pkg
chicken noodle soup
1/2 c
orzo pasta
1 can(s)
1/2 pkg
frozen veggies (carrots, celery, onion)
1/4 c
leeks (optional to sautee or put in raw)
1 small
shallot (optional to sautee or put in raw) or handful of dried shallots
1 can(s)
water chestnuts
1 small
onion (optional to sautee or put in raw) or handful of dried onions
2 c
cooked chicken diced
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 can(s)
milk of your choic
1 1/2 can(s)


1Preheat oven 375

2Spray a baking dish (9x13) and add everything except cream of mushroom and milk and water.

3Mix everything well.

4Add cream of mushroom on top and spread it evenly over the top.

5Add 1 1/2 cans of your choice milk. Add 1 1/2 cans water

6You can add some shredded cheese if you'd like or leave it off...
