I had the sweet basil optional because not every one likes it, it can really be tasted in this sammie.
The chips add saltiness and crunch

Ingredients

2 slice
sourdough bread, we like 5 grain

squirts parkay spray margarine in a bottle, 12 per slice of bread
6 medium
fresh sweet basil leaves optional
3 oz
brie, sliced into 4 or 5 slices
4 slice
fresh tomato
2 slice
pepper bacon, regular will do in a pinch
6 slice
pickled pepper rings
1 Tbsp
potato chips, crushed
2 tsp
creamy caesar dressing

Directions Step-By-Step

Fry bacon crispy, drain on paper towels.

Squirt sourdough bread on with parkay on one side.You could use butter for this if you prefer.

On one unbuttered side arrange sweet basil leaves over bread.

Slice the Brie, and arrange over the basil.

Slice tomato and arrange over Brie.

Break bacon in half and arrange over tomato.

Put pepper rings, then chips on next.

Drizzle desired amount of dressing over all.

Pre heat grill to med low and grill sammie.

If you have a metal bowl they are great for covering sandwiches.
