Brats and Potatoes

1Take the Bratwurst filling out of the casings and brown in a pan with cooking oil. You can break it up into large or small pieces to suit your taste.
2As your meat is browning, add chopped onion and season to taste. You can use house seasoning or whatever your preference may be. I prefer Tony's.
3Cut your potatoes into bite size pieces and add to your meat mixture. Cook on high until the outside of you potatoes are lightly browned.

This was a great dish! My family loved it, before putting it in the oven I topped it with shredded sharp cheddar. Thank you for a new family fav!
