bratwurst links
med. onion
med. idaho potatoes
3 Tbsp
cooking oil

Directions Step-By-Step

Take the Bratwurst filling out of the casings and brown in a pan with cooking oil. You can break it up into large or small pieces to suit your taste.
As your meat is browning, add chopped onion and season to taste. You can use house seasoning or whatever your preference may be. I prefer Tony's.
Cut your potatoes into bite size pieces and add to your meat mixture. Cook on high until the outside of you potatoes are lightly browned.
Place in the over on a baking sheet and bake on 425 for about 30 minutes. When your potatoes are tender, turn on the broiler and brown for about 5-8 minutes.
