sunflower seeds
1/2 c
hemp seeds
1/2 c
almonds
1/2 c
walnuts
1/2 c
carrots
1/2 c
celery
1 c
tomato
1/2 c
red pepper
1/2 c
green onions
1 Tbsp
fresh parsley
1 Tbsp
cumin powder
1 tsp
chili powder
2 large
cloves garlic
1 tsp
himalayan salt

Directions Step-By-Step

soak the seeds and nuts in alkaline filtered water overnight and drain.

put all of the ingredients in a food processor or Vita-Mix and blend,Make into burger patties and put in the dehydrator for 4 hours at 105 drgrees.
