Ingredients

16 ounce turkey kielbasa sausage, cut into coins
1 Tbsp
salted butter
1
14.5 ounce can diced fire roasted tomatoes
1 Tbsp
sugar

15.5 ounce cans cannellini beans (undrained)
1/2 tsp
dried basil
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
4 c
loosely packed fresh spinach
1/2 c
freshly grated parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1Melt butter in a skillet. Add the sausage and brown on high heat.

2Add the roasted tomatoes, sugar, beans, basil, and salt and pepper.

3Let simmer over low heat for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to marry.

4Add the fresh spinach and remove from heat.

5Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
