Heat oil in heavy skillet. Stir in ground beef, onions, garlic, salt, pepper & Montreal chicken seasoning. Cook till meat is brown & onion is transparent. Drain. Add chicken broth & tomato sauce. Bring to boil. Stir in cream of mushroom soup. Add noodles & cook till al dente. Stir in cheese & veg all. Remove from heat. Cover & let stand till cheese is melted. Serve hot with dinner salad if desired.
