Our family loves this as a snack while watching television, as an appetizer, or as the main course for dinner on a hot summers day. This is great to scoop with tortilla chips or saltine crackers.

Ingredients

shrimp
2 c
clamato
1/4 c
lemon juice
few dash(es)
hot sauce
3 c
tomatoes, diced
1 c
onion, diced
1/2 c
cilantro, chopped
few pinch
salt

avocados, diced

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients. Stir test for salt and hotness add more until it is to your liking. I like it to be a little creamy so I cut the avocados in half and dice in the skin and squeeze out.

Chill for an hour or until ready to eat. Enjoy!
