quick and easy for those busy days. Mom made this one when I was a kid and I have passed it on.. ( she didnt like to cook ... so yea its easy)

Ingredients For tamale casserole

  • 2
    tamales, canned ( small can usually has @ 6 in it)
  • 1 can
    corn
  • 1 can
    chili with meat and beans
  • 1 pkg
    8 oz shredded cheese. your choice, cheddar , colby monteray ,

How To Make tamale casserole

  • 1
    drain and unwrap tamales, Place in flat dish . in rows
  • 2
    Drain corn and spread over tamales
  • 3
    spread chili over corn and top with grated cheese. Cook at 350 20- 23 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.. let rest for 5 minutes.. EAT~!
