Leftovers make for a fantastic lunch the next day!! Can be made vegetarian too! Substitute with a vegetarian chili!!

Ingredients For taco (fritos) casserole

  • 1 can
    chili
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 md
    diced onion
  • 1 pkg
    fritos (regular)
  • 1 c
    sour cream (for topping if desired)

How To Make taco (fritos) casserole

    Preheat oven to 350* In a 8 x8 Casserole Dish (sprayed with non-stick spray) Layer the following: First--Fritos (you can crumble them a bit) Second--Chili Third--Onions Fouth--Cheese Fifth and Last--Reminder of Fritos (you can crumble them too). Bake at 350* for about 30 minutes :) Top with Sour Cream (individually---if desired)
