THE ADDITION OF BEER AND COCOA POWDER GIVES THIS CHILI A DIFFERENT TWIST AND MY FRIENDS RAVE OVER IT! I HAVE USED LIME FLAVORED BEER AND IT IS DELICIOUS, TOO. NO BEER? SUBSTITUTE 1/2 CUP RED WINE, LIKE SHIRAZ.
