Ingredients

**corn tortillas
**roasted tomatoes
**fresh cilantro
**fresh sliced onion
**mexican cheese (asadero)
**thai garlic paste

Step-By-Step

1Pan or oven roast tomatoes.
2Place one corn tortilla in hot skillet and spread Thai sauce on.
3Then add cheese, roasted tomatoes, onion and allow tortilla to get good and hot and cheese melt.
4Top with fresh cilantro and enjoy. You can also add some sauteed portabello slices, it's just delicious!!!
