Ingredients

NEED A SKILLETT

1-2 large
potatoes
1 small
cup of oil
1-2 lb
beef stew meat
1/2 tsp
cumin
1 tsp
salt and pepper to taste
1 clove
garlic
1 can(s)
small tomato sauce

Step-By-Step

1HEAT YOUR SKILLET TO MEDIUM
ADD COOKING OIL TO THE PAN & THEN ADD YOUR BEEF STEW MEAT. ADD CUMIN, CHOPPED GARLIC,SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.

2ONCE THE BEEF STEW IS COOKED BROWN THEN ADD POTATOES, RICE, TOMATO SAUCE
ALSO YOUR CAN EAT THIS WITH HOMEMADE TORTILLA'S OR REFRIED BEANS.

3COOK AND SIMMER ON LOW HEAT UNTIL POTATOES IS VERY SOFT.

4COVER WITH A LID!
