Rabid Guacamole

This is called "rabid guacamole" because once I start eating it, I go absolutely nuts until it's finished. It's a bit spicy for small children who aren't used to it; I've found that reducing or eliminating the garlic and ginger, and substituting the jalapeno with green bell peppers is a fine way to make this "kid friendly".

I've perfected this recipe to my personal taste over the last 5 years. I hope you enjoy it as well :)
