- bushes pinto beans-whatever size you desire
- cut up
- cilantro, fresh
- garlic powder
- chili powder
- seasoning salt
- 1 can
1In a dutch oven pot, saute onion, and bacon together.
Next pour Beans into pot. Next, add water to desired amount
2Next, season to taste with garlic powder, chili powder and seasoned salt
3Next,add can of rotel and let cook for 15 to 20 min.
Next add cilantro, and let cook for a little bit longer, enough for cilantro to cook...then serve
I have never measured the seasonings, i just do it to taste...
