Ingredients

2-1/2 lb
ground beef
2 medium
onions, chopped
2 can(s)
(15-oz each) pinto beans, drain and rinsed
2 can(s)
(28-oz each) crushes tomatoes
5 Tbsp
bobby's chili seasoning mix
1 tsp
kosher salt
1 tsp
red pepper flakes, optional (i like it spicy)
GARNISH
fritos, mexican cheese blend, optional

Step-By-Step

1In a large stock pot (6-quarts), brown the ground beef, onion and chili mix, over high heat.
2Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, simmer for 2 hours or until chili reaches consistency.
