Ingredients
- 4 avocados, peeled & pitted
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 - 8 oz packages chive & onion cream cheese, room temperature
- 8 ounces sour cream, fat-free
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh
- GARNISHES (OPTIONAL):
- sour cream, fat-free
- 2 grape tomatoes
- SERVE WITH:
- tortilla chips
How To Make onion guacamole

Step 1In large bowl, add avocados, lime juice & 1/2 tsp salt. With fork or masher, mash avocado mixture. Stir in red onion.

Step 2In another bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, scallions, cilantro & remaining salt; stir to combine.

Step 3In small to medium (4 1/2 C) trifle bowl, spread 1/2 of cream cheese mixture on bottom. Top with 1/2 avocado mixture. Repeat layers. Garnish with a large dollop of sour cream & grape tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips.
