Ingredients For mexican pizza

    10 oz pkg refrigerated pizza dough, i used pillsbury
  • 1
    15 oz can black beans, drained
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp
    favorite salsa
  • 1 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1-1/2 c
    shredded mexican-style cheese
  • 1/2 c
    chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 c
    green onioon, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    light sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    favorite salsa

How To Make mexican pizza

    Heat oven to 425. Lightly spritz a pizza pan w/ cooking spray, preferably olive oil. Unroll dough and stretch to fit pan.Prick dough w/ a fork and bake about 7 mins.Remove from oven.

    In a blender, combine beans, parsley, 2 tbsp salsa, cumin, hot pepper sauce and garlic. Cover, blend until smooth. Spread bean mix over pizza crust.

    Sprinkle w/ cheese, red bell pepper and green onion. Bake 10 mins, or until cheese is melted. In small bowl, mix together sour cream and remaining salsa. Serve w/ pizza.
