I tried a restaurant's Mexican Nachos and loved it so I decided to try to make it myself. My children and I really love this and it's become a family favorite.

Ingredients For mexican nachos

3 lbsirloin tip steak (thin sliced)

1medium white onion

1green bell pepper
-
1red bell pepper
-
1yellow bell pepper
-
1/8 tspgarlic powder

1 Tbspcilantro, dried

1 dashsalt
-
2 Tbspextra virgin olive oil

1 pkggordo's white cheese dip, original

1 pkgrestaurant style tortilla chips
How To Make mexican nachos

1Cut the steak into thin strips 1/2 inch to an inch wide and about 2 to 3 inches long. Set aside.

2Thinly slice peppers and onion.

3Add oil, meat, peppers, onions, and seasonings into a large skillet. Cook until meat is thoroughly cooked and peppers are tender. Set aside.

4Melt cheese according to package directions.

5Place chips on a plate and pour meat mixture over them. Top with melted white cheese and serve.
