Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 Tbsp
cilantro, fresh
1/2 c
chunky salsa
1/2 c
garbanzos, cooked
1 tsp
cumin
1 pinch
salt and pepper
1/2 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Chopped cilantro, added to meat, mix and make 12 meatballs.
2Place all ingredients in the slow cooker, turn it to hi.
3After two hours, check and see if meatballs are ready, you don't want them dry. Serve with brown rice and Farmers Market Vegetable ( check my recipe). Enjoy!
