Mexican Corn Bread

This is one of my favorite dishes. Its easy and i love cornbread.
1Mix both boxes of cornbread according to box. Set aside. Brown the ground beef and onion till done, drain. Add the creamed corn, set aside. Oil a 13-9 inch baking pan, and add 1/2 of the cornbread mixture in pan. Top with the meat mixture. Spread evenly. Top with the remaining corn bread mixture. Top with the shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
