|1 c||sour cream|
|1||15 oz. can cream-style corn|
|1/2 c||canola oil|
|1||8oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese|
|1||4 oz. can diced green chilies|
|1/4 c||bell pepper,chopped|
|1 1/2 c||cornmeal|
|2 1/2 tsp||baking powder|
Preheat oven to 350* Mix eggs, sour cream, creamed corn, oil, cheese, green chilies, onion and bell pepper in bowl.
In a seperate bowl, mix cornmeal, baking powder, and 1 teaspoon salt. Quickly add mixture to sour cream mixture and stir well.
Pour into sprayed 9x13 inch baking pan, and bake for 45 minutes.. Enjoy..
