TAMMY's Story

This is a meal by itself! Add some crumbled bacon and it's a feast!

Ingredients

eggs,beaten
1 c
sour cream
1
15 oz. can cream-style corn
1/2 c
canola oil
1
8oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1
4 oz. can diced green chilies
1/4 c
onions,chopped
1/4 c
bell pepper,chopped
1 1/2 c
cornmeal
2 1/2 tsp
baking powder

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350* Mix eggs, sour cream, creamed corn, oil, cheese, green chilies, onion and bell pepper in bowl.

In a seperate bowl, mix cornmeal, baking powder, and 1 teaspoon salt. Quickly add mixture to sour cream mixture and stir well.

Pour into sprayed 9x13 inch baking pan, and bake for 45 minutes.. Enjoy..
