Late Night Nachos

I make these when my roommates and I are up late and don't feel like doing too much with food. This is simple and not too expensive, plus it's really tasty.

Ingredients

COOKED BITS

1 can(s)
spicy refried beans
1 can(s)
regular refried beans
1 can(s)
meaty chili
1 lb
ground beef
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1-2 c
cheese (of your choice, i use cheddar and pepper jack)
1 can(s)
nacho cheese dipping sauce

TOPPINGS

bag of tortilla chips of your choice
2 c
lettuce, chopped
1 large
onion, chopped
1-2
tomatoes
1 can(s)
sliced olives
sour cream
salsa
anything else that sounds good

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350* F

Prepare ground beef with taco seasoning. (I like to add a little onion, and jalapeno, but it's not necessary).

Combine chili and two cans of beans.

In large glass pan spread out bean mixture, followed by meat.

On top of meat and bean layers, glop on and spread out the nacho cheese, then layer on the shredded cheese.

Place in oven and bake for 15-30 minutes. Until cheese is bubbly.

Remove from oven and serve over chips. Family can add as many or as few toppings as they choose.
