Taco-seasoned ground beef meets ricotta cheese and egg noodles! Yum!

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground beef
8 oz
wide egg noodles
15 oz
diced tomatoes
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
15 oz
ricotta cheese
15 oz
sour cream
2 c
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Brown and drain the ground beef.

2Prepare with taco seasoning as directed on package.

3Stir in canned tomatoes and simmer until most of the liquid has been absorbed.

4Preheat oven to 350. Meanwhile boil the egg noodles, drain, and mix in the ricotta cheese and sour cream.

5In 13x9 pan, layer noodles, meat, cheese. Alternate until everything is in the pan. End with cheese on top.

6Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until bubbly. Enjoy!
