I usually cook this until it almost mushy. You may want to remove the skin from the pepper before cooking if you do it this way.

Ingredients

1 pkg
fajita seasoning
1 lb
chicken breast
1
bell pepper
1/2 large
onion
1/3 c
water
2 Tbsp
oil
flour tortillas
mexican blend shredded cheese
sour cream
your favorite mexican toppings

Step-By-Step

1Heat oil in skillet, add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
2In the meantime, slice pepper and onion. Add pepper and onion to skillet, add water and seasoning.
3Cover and simmer until the spices have blended with the other ingredients and there is a thick sauce.
4Place mixture in soft flour tortillas and garnish with your favorite toppings.
