If you enjoy Mexican casseroles, this is a quick and easy recipe. It is a good vegetarian dish as it has no meat or poultry in it. Perfect for BUNKO or any potluck.

Ingredients

corn tortillas
8 Tbsp
margarine, melted

4 oz. cans green chilies, chopped
1/2 lb
sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 large
onion, chopped
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
12 oz
evaporated milk

Step-By-Step

1Dip tortillas in melted margarine. Tear into bite-sized pieces and set aside. Mix together all remaining ingredients. Fold in tortilla pieces. Put in casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for about one hour.
