Saute onion in 1 tablespoon oil, then brown meat in skillet.
Mix: cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and enchilada sauce
Add meat to soup mixture. Grate 1/2 pound mild cheddar cheese. Break up package corn tortillas. Place 1/2 tortillas in baking dish, then 1/2 of meat mixture, and 1/2 of grated cheese. Repeat. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
