Easy Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas
I made this for dinner tonight and it was easy to make and very tasty. It is also quite filling. This is a Campbell's soup recipe.

- condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c
- sour cream
- 1 c
- pace picante sauce
- 1 tsp
- chili powder
- 2 c
- chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 c
- shredded mexican cheese
- 6 inch flour tortillas
- small tomato, chopped
- green onion, chopped
1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir soup. sour cream, picante sauce and chili powder in medium bowl.
2Stir 1 cup of the soup mixture, chicken and cheese in large bowl.
3Divide chicken mixture among tortillas. Roll up tortillas and place seam-side down in 11x7x2 baking dish. Pour remaining soup mixture over filled tortillas. Cover baking dish with foil.
4Bake 40 minutes or until enchiladas are hot and bubbling. Top with tomato and onion.
