- corn tortillas

- vegetarian refried beans or bush traditional refried beans

1Heat refried beans over medium heat. Add water and cumin. Makes the beans taste more authentic.
2Fill corn tortillas with refried beans and "cheese"
roll them up and arrange in a 9x13 glass baking dish.
Cover with pureed chili top with "cheese"
Place under broiler on low until "cheese" is all melted. Serve with mexican rice and Enjoy!
