Cindy's Story

I found the cup recipe on line I think it had chicken salad in it. But I thought the cups reminded me of taco bowls.

Ingredients

1 to 2 pkg
wonton wrappers
1/2 to1 lb
of lean ground beef
1 pkg
of taco seasoning
1 can(s)
black beans ( i use a small can)
1 jar(s)
of chipotle taco salsa
1 pkg
of the 4 cheese mexican cheese
1
container sour cream
guacamole
mini muffin tin
1 can(s)

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350. Then spray muffin tin with cooking spray take one wanton wrapper and place in the muffin tin. Te points will be sticking up. Bake in the oven for about 5 min then check if they are golden brown take out if not put them in a little longer check in about 2 minutes. When golden brown take out of the oven and then cool on a cooling rack while you make the rest. When all shells are done don't turn off the oven.

Mean while cook the ground beef and season with the taco seasoning let cool slightly. Add in the cheese and a little of the salsa.

Put the the taco cups on a cookie sheet filled with the meat mixture put them back in the oven till heated threw and the cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. If you are serving it as a meal you can make some Mexican rice to go with them. Enjoy
