Vicki's StoryI am not a vegetarian or vegan, but cook that way 90 percent of the time, because it's healthy. My grandsons have laughed at my recipes, then LOVED them. This 'taco meat' can be used with crisp tacos, taco salads, soft tacos..many ways. I normally make my grandson's turkey tacos, but when I served this, they hardly noticed and the flavor was all there.Hope you enjoy
