Ingredients

1 lb
bulk pork sausage
1 1/2 Tbsp
chili powder
1 clove
garlic, minced
dash of ground cumin
dash of ground oregano
fresh parsley for garnish

Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well. Shape mixture into patties. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned, turning once. Drain well. Makes 6-8 servings.
