- egg, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp
- worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp
- beef soup base (or boullion)
- 1 c
- 1 1/2 lb
- 90% lean ground beef
- 1 c
- corn flake crumbs or bread crumbs
1Whip egg, Worcestershire sauce, soup base gravy & pepper together in mixing bowl.
NOTE: I had leftover chicken gravy that I used even though it was a "beef" recipe. It was wonderful so dont be afraid to use what you have even if it seems "wrong". How will you ever know what's good, bad or indifferent if you don't experiment?
2Mix in beef and corn flake crumbs
3Place in a glass loaf pan.
4FOR MICROWAVE: Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Cook @ 70% power for 22 minutes. Uncover and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
FOR THE OVEN: Bake uncovered @ 375° for 40-45 minutes.
