I came up with this recipe when I was caught unexpectedly with nothing prepared for a birthday picnic. It was a big hit & I've kept it in my menu. It's simple & quick to fix :-)

Ingredients For roberta's pasta salad

1 bag of salad macaroni
-
one can of unsalted peas, drained

one cup of shredded cheese , any style or flavor. i prefer fancy shredded sharp cheddar

one envelope dry ranch flavored salad dressing mix

one cup mayonnaise

one small can mushroom bits and pieces
How To Make roberta's pasta salad

1Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain & rinse with cold water. Let drain thoroughly.

2Pour pasta into large bowl, add remaining ingredients mixing thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
