- MARINADE

2 cchicken stock

1 tsphoney

1 smpiece of green ginger

1 Tbspwater

1 Tbspbrandy

3 tspcornstarch
How To Make honey ginger duck

1Clean the duck well and pat dry. Prick the skin with a fork and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Rub duck with soy sauce. Fry on stove until golden brown on all sides.

2Put in dish and bake in 375 F oven for 1 hour, or until done (165 F internal). Remove the duck and keep it hot.

3Put marinade ingredients in a pan on stove and bring to the boil

4Pour over cooked duck. Serve with slices of oranges and snap peas.
